"Had an issue with our boiler where our hot water stopped working. I phoned one of those national "emergency plumbing" companies who offered to come out, quoting at "£49 per half hour, for a minimum of one hour". For a quick second opinion from a local company I phoned Thames Boiler Service. They said that they didn't need to come out and walked me through how to resolve the issue myself on the phone. Amazing service. Not every company would have taken the time to help a stranger on the phone or given up the easy £100 callout. Really appreciated."

He promptly helped us out recently having suffered a disastrous boiler breakdown - zero hot water or heating! He removed our very old boiler and fitted a new one with thermostats on all radiators.
