Jack came and surveyed our drains following a pest infestation. He was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and happy to offer expert advice throughout the process. Once he had found potential entry points he suggested fixes and when he didn't have all the kit needed to resolve, he organised for Connor to head round later the same day to finish helping us. Connor also came back and organised for a valve to be fitted and treatment applied. He did so again in a very friendly and professional manner.
