The UPVC Doctor handled this with absolute integrity.The owner personally came out to oversee the final installation, ensuring the glass was absolutely perfect, the frames were spotlessly clean, and the minor damage was completely repaired to an excellent standard. A special shoutout to Liam and Jay, who attended twice, they were incredibly polite, professional, and worked tirelessly to sort everything out.To top it off, the owner refused to take payment as a gesture of goodwill to ensure we were 100% happy. This level of customer service is incredibly rare these days.
