"The hotel is only a five minute walk away from West Kensington tube station and it is a good base for visiting both London and Richmond. There are also a number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.|The reception staff was kind and helpful. However if space is needed, best to avoid the single rooms which are tiny and it would’ve been difficukt to fit in more than a small carry-on bag. Good value for money in the end."

"Very disappointing. More a 2 star. Hotel needs a great deal of maintenance & deep cleaning. The shower gel/hair dispenser had mold in the pump head. So I couldn't use it. There were many areas of stainage, poor fixings, damage and dirt on wall, carpets, furniture and even the loo bin lid looked like something Sir Alexander Fleming would've found! The lower ground floor room smelt damp. The TV was so far away I needed binoculars. There were no towels in our rooms, we had to collect them from reception. We stayed in a 3 star last night which although was basic, it was clean and presented well. This was not sadly."

"Really lovely hotel. Well placed with Barons Court tube 5 minutes away. We had tickets for Britain’s got talent, the theatre is one stop on the tube. Room small but adequate for a short stay. Lovely and clean and very comfortable double bed. Room had air conditioning which was much appreciated on a warm night. Special mention for the guy on reception, very welcoming and freindly and happy to help with queries and directions.|Would definitely recommend"

"Will definitely book here again! Great, perfectly-cleaned room in a quiet neighborhood with stores and public transport nearby. Staff: Friendly and helpful. I would have loved an elevator (we had to carry our luggage to the third floor, through a narrow, carpeted hallway) and a mini-fridge, but those are the only downsides."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in London. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I paid Β£177 for two nights, which is an incredible deal for London in my opinion. The location is also very convenient, just a 3 minute walk from Baron’s Court Underground station. I was travelling to Wembley for the Sidemen Charity Football Match, and even though the Underground was closed that weekend for maintenance, it wasn’t an issue. Hammersmith station is only about a 15 minute walk away, so you’ve got more than one option for getting around. The hotel itself has a modern design that gives a nice, slightly luxurious feel. There were a few minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing that affected my stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. My only real criticism is the claim of soundproof room, they’re not. I was kept awake by neighbouring guests until around 3am. While noise can happen in any hotel, advertising soundproofing sets a higher expectation that isn’t quite met. The WiFi was also a bit unreliable, cutting in and out, and my 5G signal didn’t work well in the room either. That said, I still had a very pleasant stay overall and would definitely return in the future."
