"Dan is great, very informative and replies to messages. However, the office side of things is appalling. They were 2 years ago and they still are now. If Kate tells you she’ll call you back or email you, don’t bother. She won’t. How they are on top of any admin is beyond me."

"Avoid avoid avoid. Their installer (who I believe was contracted in) worked 10.15am-2pm each other, if you were lucky (lazy!!!). They crushed flowers in our garden, broke a plaque my daughter made for her cat and the front door installation is woeful. The team have come out three times (only after threatening to call FENSA), the door still isn't secure and we often get locked out of our own home! Oh and they've never sent a FENSA certificate, and every call is "we'll come out soon"......"
