The Window Hub

"Summary: 9 windows ordered and fitted within 6 weeks. Sales & Pricing: Archie provided us with the quotes and after a few weeks managed to bring down the original price quoted to something reasonable. We do wish that there could have been some more honest discussions earlier as the initial price was incredibly higher than what we paid! Fitting and service: We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Our fitters Kyle and Kevin were superb, professional, clean and kind to work around our circumstances. They arrived on time and did a fabulous job over the two days they were with us. We were very lucky to have them and they even finished ahead of schedule. Negatives: Initial quotation noted above and having to chase the office prior to fitting regarding the scaffolding as I wasn’t contacted when advised and this was installed after our fitters arrived in the morning to begin work. Not insurmountable and fixed quickly to allow job to run to time. Additionally those who did the scaffolding used some crude and inappropriate language which wasn’t fabulous."

"The Window Hub were great! We would never usually go for something this big from a door to door knock, but the salesman was very attentive, reassuring and knowledgeable and window hub seemed to have a very good reputation online, and I’m glad to say they definitely fulfilled their expectations! We got a great price for our 4 windows and door replacement l and even got two of the window spaces extended to fit bigger windows in. And for not too much money either. The installation was great! Both Rich and Luke were brilliant! Turned up early, very prompt to get going and did a brilliant job over just one and half days! And they even went the extra mile and tidied up another window frame that had been done poorly by previous owners for us! We love our new windows and are very glad we went with the window hub! We would 100% recommend them to anyone else!"

"New front door fitted today. Door is exactly as ordered and totally love it. Luke & Rich did an amazing job. Prompt arrival, quick fitting to an expert standard. Clean and tidy and generally nice guys. Would definitely request them as fitters when next needed. 😊"

"Rich and Luke did an absolutely amazing job, and worked tirelessly in the blazing heat. Windows and doors all look great. They were very mindful, and kept the house tidy whilst working. We are very pleased with the finish! Thank you so much 👏🏽☺️"

"Rich & Luke have quite literally just left our property after completing the installation of windows and a door today & I have nothing but praise for them & the whole process. We live in a park home & a neighbour was having work done by the Wndow Hub. We were approached by a representative and booked a meeting for a quote as we were looking at replacing some windows. Ok, firstly let me clear something up, I have read reviews about 'hard sale' etc. This was not the case for us. Of course a salesman is just that & his job is to sell a product!, however, we found Adrian to be knowledgeable & not at all pushy. Everyone through every stage has been respectful, helpful and friendly. Back to the installation today, Rich & Luke were amazing & a pleasure to have here. They were efficient, tidy and have done, in my opinion an amazing job. I would have adopted them if I could have they were so nice!! We have more windows to be replaced when finances permit and will 100% be going to the Window Hub. Thank you so much. It is a pleasure to be able to write a positive review in this day and age. Keep up the good work."
