Timberwise (UK) Ltd

"Gary came round today to inspect a couple of different issues in our house. He was thorough, explained everything clearly with diagrams, and was very helpful in putting together a sensible timeline for what to rectify first, how long to wait to see if it worked, etc. Possible damp can be a stressful issue to deal with when you are not an expert, but I felt reassured, which is much appreciated. Comms with the office were also very smooth."

"Anybody considering contacting this company I can assure you wholeheartedly they are extremely efficient, professional and helpful. The surveyor Gary was marvellous, he showed professionalism with integrity explaining clearly to me that I actually don’t have a problem. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, genuine decent company that go above and beyond what is required. If I ever need such services in the future or know of anybody that does then I would without hesitation recommend Timberwise."

"Gary from Timberwise visited us today to do a survey regarding a few issues on the front of the house and also the fireplace. He explained everything in great detail and in a way that was easy for us to understand. We were worried about having work done that was not required but had spoken to someone in our street that had had them do some work for them. We can fully recommend them for an honest assessment of any issues."

"Gary was brilliant. Very knowledgable. Explains issues clearly and honestly. There was no upselling. He provided very insightful, thorough review of all the issues I had. I was reassured that there was no structural problems and was given a list of solutions for the issues I had. The solutions were prioritised so I knew what was important and what was less so. Overall really impressed and will definitely be recommending."

"Gary Carty surveyed our property, and clearly and professionally explained various issues and their possible causes, effects and remedies without jargon. Although this was a free survey, he didn't try to sell me anything - instead, he impartially advised me on what factors to consider while doing my own research and which other types of companies to contact for quotes. He also honestly stated the limits of his expertise and advice, which I am grateful for. He was very generous with his time, answered hundreds of questions, summarised them in writing, and offered to follow up. Highly recommended."
