"Recently got the full works completed by THI- windows, doors, fascia, soffits and dry verge. Overall I think 4 stars is probably fair - it wasn't without it's hiccups but we are happy with the install/products. Stressors included poor communication from the company, that side of things was quite unprofessional at times, but we got there in the end. Installers worked really well especially Stevie."

"I had this company put in new windows for me. From start to finish everyone was very pleasant, helpful and very pleased with the work. The two window fitters were good clean workers. "This company came recommended to me by word of mouth and they did not disappoint. You could fill out a form online to get a quote which was really easy to do. From there they were very quick to contact me to arrange an appointment. Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish, they did have to reschedule my installation date but they contacted me as soon as they could and arranged a different date that suited me so I was happy enough with that. All staff that I was in contact with was very professional and polite, and everything was reasonably priced. Would recommend to others, and would use this company again in the future."

"Got windows done awhile ago, the work is not done properly there is gaps and they put new windows on old frames! Customer service not great as well there is someone suppost to come and check windows it's almost a month there is no sign nor any update . They hardly respond to message as well. I recommend avoid this company *Edit received a phone call not long ago , the windows was done for my mother . They told me survey guy came but was no one was in the house, that's a lie I am at home majority time my mother neither I receive any phone call nor even leaflet about arrival. The guy inspected windows from outside seeing no fault 🤔 yet no ring back either . They told me there will be additional cost involved even though it's not our fault that windows are not done properly."
