Trent Valley Windows

"We ordered replacement doors , the fitter turned up on time and when the job was completed removed all the old material and cleaned up well . Upon completion it was noticed one of the doors was scratched in a couple of places this was reported back to the office and a replacement was ordered and refitted completing the installation to a high standard"

"We were in need of a new door after the one previously installed by another company was of very poor quality and only lasted three years. We were initially apprehensive about using another company, but having previously used Trent Valley for a conservatory and a full set of windows, and being very pleased with the workmanship, we decided to use them again. From the very first phone call, through to the initial survey and pre-installation visit, the service was excellent. When it came to the installation, the two fitters who carried out the work were outstanding. Their workmanship was fantastic, and they were extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. The installation took just over two hours, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. The new door is of a much higher quality than our previous one, and it has been fitted to an excellent standard. We would definitely use Trent Valley again for any future work on our property and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others."

"Cannot fault the workmanship of each person involved . The finished result is superb with many positive compliments from my friendship circle. . Thank you . Excellent ."

"Fantastic job installation of our new bay window, soffit and guttering. The fitter and office staff have been amazing. Really easy to deal with sales team. The survey that finalised the measurements put our minds at ease. Would certainly use again and recommend."

"We have used Trent Valley Windows twice now for a front door about five years ago and recently went back to them to fit our bay windows as part of renovating our living room. The whole experience was very good the surveyor was thorough and didn't mind stepping across rebar, the floor hadn't been poured at that point. The windows were fitted slightly deeper than old ones due to the sash boxes being removed and the fitters finished things well to the level required. The price and the timing of fitting worked well with our budget and plan and we now have windows that are (or will be) a real positive feature of the renovated room."
