"We had a couple of thermostats fitted a number of years ago from tri power. Unfortunately whilst we were on holiday we had a power outage. When we returned we found the thermostat was no longer working. I contacted Tri power to advise & they sent a new part in the post within a couple of days (without any charge). We recived the part via next day delivery. Thermostat has now been fitted & we are fully operational again. Great customer service & prompt resolution. I would highly recommend. Thanks"

"Avoid this company. The heating system purchased from Tri-power does not work properly and as a result constantly wastes energy and money. We were given a really good sales pitch prior to purchase but the installed system completely fails to live up to this. We have been trying to get this resolved but the aftercare offered by Tri-power is appalling."
