"AVOID AT ALL COSTS, so unprofessional! I had to close my shop, cut hours of my staff only for them to cancel on the day of the installation, unapologetically saying the glass they were meant to install had a crack and I had to wait 2 weeks. Cut to 2 weeks later, we already built a counter by the glass and they said we had to dismantle the whole counter we just built! Mind you we shut early again for this and lost another day of business. I phoned one of the higher ups in the company and she said she will find a solution. She asks to pass the phone to the glazers onsite and immediately after, they left without saying goodbye! Some solution! She said she will call me later but it never happened. Went with another glazer and got quicker more professional results. —————— Edit: below is to clarify the ‘inaccuracies’ on my review and in the future it would be best not to gaslight your customers. Fact: initial communications were thru my landlord, yes, and she had also expressed disappointment on the delay. This is documented via email. Fact: I followed up on July 22 to ensure the installation will be done, and I received the email ON THE DAY of installation, July 23. Posted for reference. That doesn’t strike as neither ‘striving to maintain professionalism and clear communication’ nor ‘working collaboratively with clients to minimise disruption.’ Quite the opposite. If you had an installation and you were truly professional, you should have checked the glass and informed at least 3 days prior. I spoke with other companies and they said they experienced the same. Fact. Fact: installation was July 23 and I was informed on the day of the delay. July 24th you said the installation will be on August 14. July 31st you said that from August 14th it will be moved to the 19th. Your colleague who tried to rebook after the last visit and failed installation (August 19) had promised to call back but never did. Posting the call logs as well. I am simply writing this review to make you aware of my honest experience in hopes that you do better, so please, just do better next time."
