"We bought our brand new home in 2006. Since then it has been decades of stress and hassle. To begin with it was poor build quality, snagging and living on a building site. Now it is just constant issues with open spaces and factoring. Title Deeds were inadequately drafted, but that doesn't really matter as anything in them can be ignored by Tulloch Homes when it suits. Customer service vanishes as soon as you move in and pay them. At that point every issue will be your responsibility to rectify. I wish we had never purchased a house from Tulloch Homes, 20 years on and still having to deal with their incompetence."

"Wouldn't know where to start. Their after sales is shocking. They don't look after you after they get your money . We love our house but would never buy from them again as they take the sparkle away from a new build . Horrid company to deal with"

"New home from Tulloch less than 8 years old with leaking bathroom connectors behind enclosed units. Poor workmanship at installation with inferior products. If you are buying one of these new homes, check behind the enclosed toilet/basin regularly. We are now having to replace the entire floor. Your 10yr NHBC cover does not include plumbing of any sort within the home. While getting quotes for this work, one local plumber has told me in our area alone, they have replaced over 70 units. Not what you expect from a brand new house less than 8 years old. Very poor Tulloch, as was the response to my email highlighting this to you."

"Thought about buying flat at the parks Inverness advertised with stunning views. Then I noticed all the trees planted on the opposite side of the road views will be gone in a few years because of the height they will grow to. Probably very nice flats and was looking forward to owning one wish they had one I could view and make a better decision"

"My wife and I are delighted with our new home at Chanonry Park in Fortrose. The location is perfect for us and we particularly enjoy living near the sea (just a 15 minute walk from our house to Rosemarkie beach). The house itself is thoughtfully designed and we are really impressed with the quality of the finish. It’s a lovely place to call home.
