"Rich gave us a great service when we visited the showroom to pick out our new bathroom suite. He spent lots of time with us showing us things that would work well in the space we had and putting things together that would look great. Steve and Tyler worked really hard on installing everything. The whole service flowed well and we are so pleased with the end result. We bought the main items from Umbrella and would have got them to fit it if our schedule wasn't so tight. Everything was packed well and we're really happy with all of the items. Rich really listened to our wants and needs to help design our bathroom, without us feeling pressured to purchase or agree to anything we didn’t feel was correct for us. He kept us updated all the way through our journey and everything simple. He really demonstrated his incredible ethos to exceptional customer service when her personally went above and beyond to sort out issues we experienced with a 3rd party supplier, which we can’t thank him enough for! Ryan was just as amazing fitting and building our new bathroom. He was reliable, punctual and couldn’t do enough for us. Again he showed his drive to deliver excellence in service when faced with issues and delays due to the 3rd party delays. We are so pleased we used umbrella bathrooms and would highly recommend them!!"

"Had a complete refurb of our bathroom while we on holiday, it seemed the perfect time as we weren’t here so all trades could just get on with what needed doing. Communication was great all the way through and Rich in the shop clearly knows his stuff spending time with us going through what we wanted. All trades were very efficient and we came home from holiday to a new bathroom, bit weird but was so happy with the end result. Would totally recommend, we are probably using too much water now as spending longer in our shower than normal? Thanks Rich and Steve and all trades involved"
