Up & Out Architecture

"I would highly recommend Craig (Up and out). He recently helped us with our loft conversion and kitchen extension. His designs, recommendations and support along the way have been exceptional and as we approach the final stages of our project we are extremely happy with the outcome. I found Craig to be the most attentive to our requirements, really helpful and easy to work with. He was happy to make changes and ensure we had a plan that really made the most of the space and worked for us. Craig gave us great recommendations on builders, engineers etc. who we ended up progressing with and we are extremely happy with the end result. It’s stressful enough doing this type of project at the best of times and Craig played a large part in reducing this stress and removing the complexity from the whole Process. Thankyou Adam North Leeds"

"We had a great experience working with Craig from Up and Out. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided really helpful advice throughout the process. Craig supported us with our planning application, which was successfully approved, and made everything feel much more straightforward. He was friendly, easy to work with, and very communicative at every stage, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional architect."

"Craig was great, really enthusiastic from our initial meeting, and came up with great ideas for our extension. Always quick to respond to emails and update plans. He guided us through the whole process."

"Currently in the throes of a single-storey, rear extension. Craig has been fantastic. Loads of ideas, clear drawings, helpful throughout the planning process and able to provide trusted recommendations for the wider project."

"We instructed Craig to help us with our application for planning permission for a 2 storey conversion over our garage. We were successful (was a tough one to get over the line and he did it first time!), and he is helping us with the process thereafter, including sourcing quotes from his contacts (builders). He has been excellent throughout the process. Clear communication, fair prices and highly accessible and responsive. I highly recommend Craig."
