Urban Parking Shelton street

"First time driving in central London and needed a safe and secure place for my car! I couldn’t recommend this parking enough! The staff here are super kind, and look after your car whilst you spend your day in London! The prices are great when you know that your car will be safe and stored without any hassle! They have toilet and shower services which I used (need to pay) but it is so worth it! Cleanest and amazing toilet and shower facilities!! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and patient, honestly for first time parking in London and driving they made this experience so much better! Highly recommend!!"

"Excellent service from start to finish. Booking was simple, communication was great, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. A huge thank you for charging our vehicle while we were away so it was fully charged and ready to go on collection – a fantastic touch that was greatly appreciated, and extremely cheap. After reading and researching many reviews we chose here as The car park felt and is extremely safe and secure this is the main attraction for me booking here, giving us complete peace of mind throughout our trip to London. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Great value for money, excellent customer service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use you again. Highly recommended. Thank you for helping make our London trip even more enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This is by a country mile the best public parking facility in London. The valet service is great, 24/7 security and 24/7 access to your vehicle. My car (pictured) is a very long coupe so can be awkward to park, but the staff direct you into the space and then park the car for you. Staff were super friendly and you can also book ahead of time before arriving- I’d recommend this so you can guarantee a space; there aren’t unlimited spaces! It’s surprising there aren’t more spaces like this around London."

"I had a positive experience with Urban Parking on Shelton Street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I felt reassured that my car was kept safe during the time it was parked there. We did need to hand over our keys, which might not suit everyone, but everything was handled professionally. The only slight downside was having to wait a while to get the car back. However, as it was Valentine’s Day and likely very busy, I’m happy to give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall, a reliable and secure parking option, and I would consider using them again."

"Very good parking for central London. Supervised and the staff are very attentive during handover and return pickup. You do need to leave the keys with them though. We felt much safer leaving the car here than others which constantly get broken into in London. Once again we were very happy to find this hidden 💎 in Central London. Very reasonable prices as well. Booking online via Justpark is also easy."
