"I’m a techy person with lots of difficult questions. I did my research, spoke to 5 companies and had 4 come to visit us. Patrick, the director at Urban Solar, answered every questions I had with what was clearly expert knowledge. He also took the time to understand what was important to us about the system (in our case, getting high yield reliable panels was important, and we didn’t want to pay a premium for aesthetics). He came across as a solar expert rather than a salesperson, answered all of my questions and, as it happens also provided the cheapest quote. Patrick put no pressure on us to purchase a system, and when we did decide to go with them, both Patrick and the team were exceptionally friendly and professional. "Urban Solar have recently installed solar panels for me, and they've been excellent. It was clear instantly that they were engineers who knew their stuff, and would listen and work with us to get what we wanted. The quote included everything, and was extremely comprehensive in detail, including a break down of costs. The installation was professional, but friendly. Quick too, done in a day including the electrical work and it was generating power the next morning. They also included some monitoring software which is very satisfying to look at. All in all, I'd recommend Urban Solar without hesitation."
