"I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough, we come home from holiday on Thursday to a broken boiler, unsure as to why, we was let down by a company that we booked Friday for Saturday - so we gave V plumbing a call, he came out at 20:30 on Saturday night, fully looked and inspected the boiler and advised what needed to be done. He advised he will come back Monday with the part said Monday lunch time, he was there for 13:00 and rang and kept calling through out the day to let us know an update and wouldn’t do any parts without our permission, he advised it was our flue & he come back this morning fixed it and made sure everything was fine, the boiler is spotless, he checked for gas leaks and is very knowledgeable, will be definitely using in the future & it was nice to have someone who knew what they was doing and not ripping you off! 5 ⭐ from us!"

"We called Vic out to an emergency on a Sunday morning. He was with us within half an hour. Our radiator was leaking badly, he immediately set about resolving our problem. He also identified a problem with our water tank in the attic. He returned Monday morning with a plan to getting us back up and running. He drove to Leicester to collect a new radiator as it was an awkward size. He was very professional and worked in a very clean fashion. We are delighted with his service and would have no problem calling him again."
