"I wouldn’t bother, they have installed aluminium bi fold doors at a premium price, which have not been secured and adjusted correctly causing the door to be so stiff I am going through my second door handle! Customer service team have completely fobbed me off and have not replied to my email sent to them August 2025!!"

"Definitely do not recommend. We visited the store to get a quote for garden doors, provided all the measurements, and were assured the quote would be sent the same evening. It has now been over two weeks and we have received no quote and no response at all. The complete lack of communication shows a total disregard for customers and a waste of our time. If a company cannot provide a simple quote even when given all the required measurements, or at least communicate a delay, it is hard to consider them professional."
