Well experienced knowledgeable engineers and Reports are always returned as soon as works are completed and are to the best standard received from any Commissioning company I have used in the past. Pippa & the team have always managed to hit tight deadlines and be there for us from start to finish communicating well throughout the job. Would highly recommend."

"Avoid at all costs, these utter charlatans charged us £550 per day for assistant engineers, seriously, £550 for untrained assistants, the same price as they charged for commissioning engineers, which is in itself expensive given they subcontracted this labour from another company that charges £550 for an engineer and assistant. They basically charged as much again for services that they didn’t provide, so made £550 pure profit on us every day, compared to the profit that would be left from £550 after paying an engineer and mate’s wages, it’s mind blowingly greedy. Their ‘CEO’ (🙈) George Friend is about the worst human being I have ever encountered, knowing full well he had ripped us off he took us to court and somehow we have ended up being ordered to pay them another £11,000 on top of what we have already paid them. He has maintained all the way through that we agreed to these charges, as if we are brain dead idiots. I still can’t get my head around how this man can knowingly behave like this, he has no shame or honour, he is human detritus as far as I am concerned and must be high on the psychopathy scale to do this to people with no remorse. Also, given the reviews showing that he is ripping people off as a matter of course, it’s hard to understand how his business has a cash sale only credit rating, literally the worst credit rating it is possible to have, you would think he would be rolling in money. "VSS were commissioned to carry out the annual fire damper testing after returning a competitive quote. Jo Allen and the team have shown themselves to be professional and competent from the offset, providing weekly updates on the progress of the work and highlighting any non-compliances. The engineers on site have demonstrated they have experience working within a healthcare environment, introducing themselves at each department before undertaking any work. They have shown flexibility when required to do so and have rearranged access to areas for a more convenient time based on advice from the nursing staff, prioritising the needs of the service first. All the engineers are well presented in their companies uniform and are clean and tidy when working on site. The reports submitted are detailed and provide clear evidence with images that the work has been undertaken."
