"Christian looked after us marvellously from start-to-finish. He's an asset to the company. I didn't realise the quote would take so long, though, as I think he had to make sure he'd shared all the boilerplate information. Honestly, I'm more interested in the service and not the Verisure history! A heads up would be helpful so people know to expect more than an expected 15-20 minutes (or is that just me? I thought it could be whipped through, anyway). I also felt a bit embarrassed that my new neighbours were cold called afterwards – they complained about it to me. These irks are more about process and head office expectations. In as far as Christian's involvement, it was impeccable. Thanks for looking after us Christian!"
