"I had a problem with my heating. Lots of other companies said they wouldn't come out/wanted to charge me a lot of money. Vortex came and fixed problem the quickly. Rob who came was really friendly and checked everything out for me. He fixed my boiler problem and a leaking radiator. He was super quick, super friendly and explain everything to me - I felt comfortable and reassured and fixing both issues was cheaper than the other companies. "I called Vortex when I had an issue with my boiler and no hot water! Dave who attended when he said he would was profession, polite and kept me informed about what the problem was and what he would need to do to rectify the problem. The issue was fixed leaving me with hot water after he replaced a part and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with the service and the price of the works as you never know what or who you are going to get! Would recommend."
