"Contacted Warmserve on a Sunday due to a water leak from my gas combi boiler. Steve from Warmserve arrived promptly, identified the issue with the boiler , then proceeded to order the replacement parts. I spoke to Warmserve office who confirmed once they had the report from Steve the engineer and depending on the availability of the parts required the repair would be carried out as soon as possible. Steve also advised on action if the leak got worst"
