"I am so happy that i found we fix. Mr Sam Beckett came to my flat. He was very good. After seeing his work, how he handled the job, i realised that i was fooled before. Because i had 2 toilet and radiator leaking water, got some other plumbers twice, i paid a lot but the problem persisted. Now that i found we fix and Mr Sam came to dk the job, everything is perfect, no leaking no trouble. All works perfectly. We also changed the extractor fans. You may think that it is bit pricey, but you do the job once and you will not have to pay again and again while you suffer. At the end, paying we fix once, is actually cheaper. "Firstly, I’m not one to do reviews, but for this I HAVE to. Wefix London has given me and my family the best service and quality I’ve ever received when it comes to work being done on a property. Point blank period. These guys are the real deal. My elderly parents had a serious leak in their bathroom shower which started coming through into the living room below. As it was for my parents, I wanted the issue dealt with properly and quickly. Other companies were quoting two to three days just for a call out. I called Wefix and Rob was assigned to me within minutes and at the property within two hours. Unbelievable service. No automated systems, just real people who genuinely care. Rob diagnosed the issue the same day and it was clear the bathroom needed a complete renovation. Once Ashley Mullins understood the situation, he personally called me and reassured me that my parents would be looked after and that the previous poor workmanship would be put right. Class act. Charlie Wright then became my point of contact and managed the entire project. Prompt, informative, professional, and genuinely caring. Every timeline he gave me was met, and communication throughout was excellent. And then there’s Steve, the bathroom fitter. Legend. Class act. Best in class. He was punctual, tidy, respectful, and brilliant with my elderly parents. They are usually quick to point out when something isn’t right, but all I received were calls about how great Steve was. The cleanliness, workmanship, timekeeping, and attention to detail were outstanding. Charlie also kept me updated with videos throughout the project, so I could see every stage of the work despite not being there in person. No corners cut. Yes, you can probably find cheaper, but when it comes to my parents’ wellbeing, I wasn’t interested in cutting corners. I wanted a reliable, quality driven, customer focused company, and that’s exactly what I got. To Rob, Ashley, Charlie, Steve, and the entire Wefix London team, thank you for the exceptional service, professionalism, and care. "Steve Cox came to assess an issue with our Fuse Board tripping. He arrived incredibly quickly (despite it being late afternoon on a Friday), and found the cause of the issue immediately.
