"I had reason to contact due to alarm fault. The engineer modified my alarm while parts had to be ordered. It has taken 8 weeks from the callout date to have the repair completed, appointment dates changed. I had recently paid my maintenance charge for the year and would have expected better service. Bar Alarm originally maintened my alarm, I was not informed the company had been sold when it happened, I would like to find a local company to maintain my alarm, next time my maintenace charge is due."
