"Mark came to inspect a window that wasn’t opening and quickly identified the issue as the soffit. He asked me if I would like him to do it. He then put in one screw. At no point mentioned there would be a £60 minimum charge. Had I known, I would’ve declined. £60 for a single screw feels unreasonable, and when I questioned the charge afterward, he simply repeated that there's a minimum charge. I hadn’t been made aware of that in advance, which was disappointing. I understand that small businesses have to cover costs, but I believe fees like this should be clearly communicated upfront. Just something to keep in mind for others considering a booking."
