Window World - Newport

"The hinges , handles and all around quality of the frames are poor. The fitters that was used on the job did not seem to be experienced window fitters and chipped my floor when installing the door that was never put right. The fitters put rubbish from other people’s jobs off the back of the work van into a skip that I was using for work that was not related to window world and used over half the space. Dan was notified as was the Secetary and no one ever contacted me back. I would not use this company again and I have been a customer since 2001"

"Dan and Window World were recommended to us by our Home Improvement Specialist. We have had a new Kitchen Door and a Bathroom Window already fitted. A Bedroom window on order as well as they are sourcing parts for a damaged Door too. Dan gets the quotes to us in a very timely manner, keeping in contact before the jobs are carried out either by himself or an excellent team of fitters. Very reasonable prices and first class work. Will be continuing to use Window World and highly recommend them."

"Absolutely chuffed with the service I got from Dan when he came to fix my broken window! First off, the guy’s a proper gentleman – quoted me a really fair price, and even though he had to wait for a bespoke part to be made at the factory, he still got the job done within just a few days. But here’s what really stuck with me – I mentioned in passing that my UPVC door makes a wobbly noise and I was thinking of replacing it down the line. Dan said it’d probably just need a quick tweak with an Allen key, so he popped to his van, grabbed one, and fixed it there and then while he was on site for something else! You can tell he’s not just in it to make a fast buck – he genuinely wants to help people out as much as he can. He gave me a price range for the window repair too, and only charged me the mid-point. I tried to give him a bit extra as a thank you and to show my gratitude but he wouldn’t take a penny more. If that doesn’t show honesty, I don’t know what does! Needless to say, he’ll be my first call for any windows, doors or UPVC work from now on – can’t recommend him enough!"

"I came to Dan to enquire about upgrading the old wooden framed to double glazed pvc for the front bay windows of my house, also ensuring that we incorporated the stained glass. We worked together to come up with a solution that satisfied me (triple glazing the stained glass windows). Dan was easy to work with and took on my suggestions and was very helpful. Would recommend this company, especially for Victorian houses."

"Excellent product, brilliant price and great service from all the staff at Window World. We had Bi-fold door between or dining room and conservatory, and it looks fantastic. The fitters made sure we were happy with the product and finish, then we had a further phone call later checking we were still satisfied. Great product and service all round."
