I was promised callbacks that never happened, and I had to keep chasing for updates with no response. Communication was unprofessional, and I felt completely ignored. When you’re investing in windows and doors, you expect reliable service and good communication. Unfortunately, Windoworld Leicester failed to deliver on both. I would not recommend them based on my experience."

I have had on going issue with my French doors and windows due to poor installation which have not been repaired and they keep fobbing me off with excuses its been 3 months now I have been waiting. the handle on the door is broken the door does not lock. So be warned they will promise everything and give you poor quality workmanship"
