Windows By Wise

"3 new windows fitted. This completes the whole house including extension. 5 stars for Windows by Wise. They very professionally 'meshed in' with my timing for cladding the house. 25/04/2026"

"I recently had all my windows replaced by this company and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the first quote through to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. You can tell they take pride in their work — the finish is spot on and the quality of the windows is excellent. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how smoothly the whole process went. They talked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely happy before leaving. The house already feels warmer, quieter, and looks so much better from the outside. I’ve had a few neighbours ask who did the work, which says it all. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality window installation. Brilliant service from start to finish."

"We’ve just had our windows done by Windows By Wise, I have to say the communication and professionalism from this company is amazing! And our new windows look amazing! Would definitely recommend 🤩"

"I had an issue with one of my windows which had been fitted by Windows By Wise over 5 years ago .. having read the reviews I was nervous about asking them to fix the window which was covered by a ten year guarantee! Rick was great he came out the next day and looked at the window and ordered the parts.five days later Rick came and fitted the part which was under warranty. So I was very impressed and relived !"

"In October 2022 I ordered ten thousand pounds worth of windows. Two years on, the people behind Windows by Wise continue to ignore messages to address the myriad of issues. I had to threaten legal action for the company to attend my home again in January 2025. Again, they brought the wrong replacement parts. Additionally, parts that had fallen off my windows were glued back in place instead of attached using the manufacturer's provided clips. Subsequently Windows by Wise lied about this workmanship over email (evidence attached). These are just some examples of 2.5 years of drama, starting from the original installation. I cannot recommend this business on account of the poor workmanship and the lies that are part of the 'after care'. // Update May 2025: I added photos of the exterior silicone sealant applied by Windows by Wise as a fix. Shoddy workmanship at best."
