wrapt homes

"I had a brilliant experience getting bathroom internal wall insulation with Wrapt. The communications were fab, they're very knowledgeable and happy to discuss the job in as much detail as you want. The tradespeople were all good quality, with a very high standard of work. Would definitely use again!"

"Jamie was helpful in providing plenty practical advice from his scientific knowledge and experience as to how we can insulate, ventilate and heat our Victorian terraced house to future proof it. We are now much more aware of what is possible and what is effective which will help us make decisions."

"They are an enthusiastic team specialising in insulating properties. We were introduced to them by York City Council and were impressed by their professional approach and knowledge of insulation techniques. We used them to internally insulate a North facing dining room in a house built in 1935. It was important to us to preserve the original skirtings and timber features around the windows. Their enthusiastic team completed the work to the agreed deadline and price. They took care and were respectful of our home. They used a breathable fibre insulating board and lime plaster. The room now warms up quickly and has a much warmer feeling and improved acoustics."

"We consulted Wrapt before embarking on a series of improvements and “future proofing” the house into which we recently moved. It was the best thing we could have done because the advice we received has proved to be invaluable, both for prioritising the works and for their recommendations of trustworthy firms to consult. Having done a detailed survey of the house, Colin & Jamie supplied us with a clear report categorising the various areas of the house which would benefit from work and the factors to bear in mind when commissioning such works. We have used this report to inform & guide us and I strongly recommend Wrapt and know that we can continue to consult them as we make the house more energy-efficient & safe"

"We are very happy with the work done by the people from Wrapt. The house already feels more cosy as a result of the insulation and ventilation put in across the top rooms and roof. You can find a lot of horror stories about "having the builders in", but our dealings with Jamie and the team were straightforward and we enjoyed getting to know everyone. We would certainly recommend the firm."
