"Date: 29/11/2024 Time: 14:21 I tried to get a quotation for the French window from a gentleman from the sales team. He needed some information, which I was happy to provide, but he was insulting, stating that I didn't understand things, etc. You can always ask those questions by email, and we will provide you with all the details if you are currently busy with other jobs. That is an efficient way of dealing with things. However same person has provided me quite a good quotation for other window so may be a bad day however we should not let things go out of hand and later regret."
