"I had a gas emergency due to a leaking pipe at around 5:30pm. I called and was able to get booked in straight away, and they arrived within two hours to fix the issue. Chris was extremely helpful and did everything he could to resolve the problem quickly. Great service and very responsive even a tracking so you knew exactly when he would arrive!"

"York Plumbing and Heating left a job in my house in a total mess and have since refused to engage with me, instead pushing me off to a permanent 'Out Of Office Holiday' telephone message with similar in response to my emails. I'm sure they think they're very clever. They took my payment for an exceptionally shoddy job which they refuse to make good. I strongly advise that you DO NOT consider engaging this company to carry out any work for you, however small. One star because zero stars is not an option. "Really weird behaviour. First they came around to check our house. They arrived late, and only after I texted to check where they were. (Did they forget?) The plumber who came told us they would give us a quote within 48 hours. That was 7 weeks ago, never heard back. Tried emailing but they answered without actually giving the quote, then ghosted me. Bizarre!"
